Which areas of Cape Town do you cover?
We work across Cape Town, including the Southern Suburbs, Northern Suburbs, Ottery, Constantia and the CBD, and take on school and business projects throughout the Western Cape. If you're unsure, send us your suburb and we'll confirm.
Which brands do you install?
We supply and install MikroTik, Ubiquiti UniFi, Reyee, Cudy and Cambium Networks for networking and Wi-Fi; Hikvision, Dahua and Provision-ISR for CCTV; Paradox, Ring, Sonoff and Amazon Alexa for alarms and smart home; and ZKTeco for access control. We can also work with equipment you already have.
Is the site survey really free?
Yes. For installation projects in our service area, the survey and written quote cost nothing and carry no obligation.
Do you work with homes as well as businesses and schools?
Yes. We install home Wi-Fi, CCTV, alarms and home-office setups, as well as full networks for corporates and schools.
Can you maintain a CCTV system someone else installed?
Usually, yes. We check the cameras, recorder, storage and cabling first, then tell you what can be kept and what should be replaced. CCTV maintenance plans are available across the Western Cape.
Will my cameras and Wi-Fi work during load-shedding?
They can. We size UPS and battery backup for your router, switches, NVR and alarm panel so the critical parts keep running through an outage.
Do you offer monthly IT support contracts?
Yes. Contracts cover remote and on-site support, updates, backups and network monitoring for a fixed monthly fee. Ad-hoc call-outs are also available.
